How to press Submit in Ulead's email form?

Post by Millygirl »

I received an email back from the Ulead support team and have responded but the only way to respond is to fill out the form and then press the Submit button within the email. When I do this it does nothing! So how are they able to receive my email without being able to reply back to them via email address because they won't receive it. The only way is by clicking on the Submit button. Good golly!

You are probably using Microsoft Outlook for your Email.
It is one of those Microsoft things designed to stop transmission of computer viruses. Other than signing up to Hotmail or MSN or similar I don't think there's a way round it.

In my version of Outlook, there is usually a highlighted (different colour) paragrap which usually only says 'Click here to download photos', but when you selected that, it also says 'Click here to activate links". That is the one you are after... I think...
