Read this first http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8959
and after that read this and follow the instructions http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=27
If, after all that, you still have problems, review the first link again, provide all the required detail including your system spec's, and come back here. If we have something to work with, we usually are, at least, willing to help

In addition to those suggestions be aware that the quality of your DVD blanks can be extremely important as well - and even then I have had DVD's that froze partway through - although with good quality DVD blanks a simple creation of a new one fixed the problem.
Have a look at http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm and make sure you aren't using dud DVD blanks. For example, I threw out 2 spindles of 50 each TDK blanks after finding this site (and losing a lot of hair that I can ill afford to lose!
). Using Nero Info I discovered that even though the box was labeled TDK they were actually manufactured by CMCMAG (from memory) - 4th Class Media - rated as good for Land fill and not much else. The disks I use regularly at the moment are branded as "Jan-Q" but Nero Info shows they are made by TYG02 - 1st Class Media with a 95%-100% success rate - which ties in with my experience todate.
Not that I am saying your problems are necessarily related to DVD blank quality - but if you follow Heinz's suggestions and keep in mind the issue of DVD blank quality then we should be able to help you - with luck
