Yes when you go to the burn module to create your DVD you will find an option to use AC-3 sound on your DVD.

I would think you would have to pay again if you wanted a second download - which is one of the reasons I always save a download and then run it - never choose 'Open' when you download - you never know when you may need to * re-install * it again.

If you have lost your original install file, you can contact Element 5 or Ulead Tech Support to request for download it again, but you have to ready your purchase reciept for verification.

But according to the EULA, you can only install UVS and the AC-3 pack in 1 PC, not 2.

Hope this helps.

I have just bought and downloaded the AC-3 pack.
I decided to download the file again and saved it to a separate folder, just in case the first download was corrupt.
belt and braces I suppose.

I had no problem downloading the file again.

I note Brian's advice to select AC3 when I get to the burn module. Funny thing is, I couldn't find it. I did pay for it and download it, and I thought I installed it -- must have!

But...where IS it? Where on the burn module dialogue box is the option?

click on the cog icon in the bottom left, then 'change mpeg settings'.

go to 'customize' then the 'compression' tab.

then click on the drop down menu next to 'audio format'

it should give you the choice of 'dolby digital audio'

select it then 'ok'

sorted!!!

Hi

I have also just bought the AC 3 Dolby Audio.

When I customize the settings in the burner module the resultant Vob file is in LPMC format not Dolby Digital.
I have tried a few times and ensured that AC 3 is selected.

AC 3 audio shows in the properties for file conversion window but VS does not create a Digital Dolby DVD.

However if I first create a video file using AC 3 audio, use the resultant file in the burner module, and success I finally get Digital Dolby.

Ps duffgnr yes you can create digital dolby dvd's
