I was editing a video a while back and I tried to use the cropping video filter when I realized that all my video filters vanished. Its as if the entire video filter file was deleted. Which is impossible because I'm the only one in the house who uses the system. I'm using Video Studio 10 plus.
My computer is a brand new Toshiba.
This has happened once before. Only the last time it happened, I just assumed that I deleted it on accident, so I uninstalled then reinstalled the whole system. But I have saved videos now, so I can't uninstall without losing those.
My video filters disapeared

What you have described has happened to a few of us. When that happens I have to use my UVS10 installation CD and choice the "repair" option..then it repairs the program and the filters appear again. This does not happen to the majority of the forum users, but to a few...including me. But, since I have downloaded the UVS10 patches, it has not reoccurred.

But doing a Repair will remove any custom libraries, titles, etc. that you may have created.
