Downloading version 4.0

Where can I go to reload version 4.0. I was trying to upgrade but it is telling me it doesn't recognize my version 4.0. I was able to use it just fine. I used the document on the site for reloading but it says that it doesn't recognize 4.0.

Try sending a note to Customer Service. Hopefully, they can help you. Be sure to give them all of the information you can; Tell them if you have an SE version, and give them the serial number if you have it. If the product was registered, give them your physical address so that they can identify you, etc.

You do not need to reload version 4 to upgrade. You simply go to the Ulead Website and select to purchase the upgrade version. It will ten ask you for your Version 4 Serial Number before allowing you to proceed further.

Do you have your serial number for version 4? You will find it in the "Help" > "About" menu in MF 4.
