PhotoImpact 10.0 - not working for me

Hello,

I have been a long time ulead customer. I have owned photo impact 8 for several years and recently purchased photo impact 10 a few months ago.

Photoimpact 10 is not working for me at all. I am not able to download any of the templates. Anytime I try to download templates ulead simply tells me "0 files were downloaded".

If I try to use different textures, photo impact 10 attempts to connect to ulead to download the texture, hangs for about 2 minutes and then produces an error message stating that the Url cannot be found.

I did not have any problems with 8 but are having all of these problems with 10 and am not sure what to do about the problem.

Have the urls for 10.0 been retired on the website because it does not appear that i am able to download or connect to any urls for 10.0 at all.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You are a bit late with version 10

we are on version 12 right now. PI 10 as well as PI 11 were suffering from eternal problems with the so called "Smart Download" feature, which proved to be anything but smart.

In order to get your extras, do not use the dumb "Smart Download" but get your stuff from here directly http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd2.htm
