Stills from DVDs

I know this is an old question, but I have searched and can't find the answer. I have to make still images from a video project I am entering in competition. I made the DVD for this project through DVD Movie Factory, and I have a Dell Precision with a Power DVD player. Does anyone know if I can use either program to capture still images?

Power DVD can take snaps. The little camera icon on the controller handles that. Settings are available from Cofig -> General -> Advanced -> Capture tab.
