Fast export video with MF4SE?

I am currently running MovieFactory 4 SE that came with my capture card. I have trimmed a captured video under the multi-trim screen, but I would like to export the trimmed video to remove the excess and reduce the size of the file. Looking at the MovieFactory tutorial, I need to click on the <- button to the left, however I do not see that. The only button visible to the left in my version is the remove media button X. Is this feature not supported in 4 SE? I assume an upgrade to 5/5 Plus would allow me to do that?
