Recommendation to newbies from a newbie

I'm just learning VS10+ and am making great progress. This board has been invaluable.

The authoring step was causing me some grief and I ran across a tutorial posted by sjj1805 on April 27, 2006 entitled "From Camcorder to DVD with Video Studio". The last part of the tutorial was on authoring the DVD and I must say IT WAS EXCELLENT. The nice thing about it was that when I was done following all the steps I had a wonderful training DVD. It was written for version 9 but the information was easily adaptable to VS10+.

Thank you, sjj1805, for this tutorial and also to all the other posters who have provided me with much needed assistance.
