How much version 10 different than version 9 and what are the key updates? Worthwhile to update?

NBHatt22..It is worth the upgrade from UVS9 to UVS10plus if you use the new features of UVS10plus. My favorite new bells and whistles are the multi video overlay tracks and improved sound management of video clips.There are many others that I don't particulary use, but the other kids on this block do use them

If you go for the upgrade make sure you choose the + (plus) version.
I will be happy to listen to anyone who says differently but in my opinion the non plus version isn't worth the upgrade.
