Ulead Video Studio 10 Help
Okay, I need a little help with this program. I need to edit clips and get rid of the sound on the clips and replace it with my own. I've tried splitting the audio from the clips, then deleting it from the timeline, then putting in my own sound replace ment in the same spot. That doesn't work. So if any one has any ideas, I would really appreciate it, thank you.

Could you explain with a little more detail what you did and exactly what you mean by 'That doesn't work' -- what happened? I ask because what you did sounds like one of the ways to achieve what you are after. But where exactly did you place your replacement audio -- in which track? And what happened when you played everything back? And did you play it back in Clip mode or Project mode?
The other way is simply to use the Mute button on the main video. In the middle right of the editing screen, you will see a little digital clock, and to the right a small window which will normally have 100 in it. And to the right of that, there is a speaker icon with a X through it. That is the mute button. Then you put your replacement audio in the appropriate track -- in the Voice track if it is a voice-over or in the music track if you are adding background music (or one in each!).
