Is anyone else having trouble getting ton the website

I am tring to purchase an upgrade and am not able to get onto the website.

Don't know where you are, but it's working fine here.

BTW, saw your website. Nice work. Do you do that by hand?

I had some trouble with the Ulead.com website earlier - very very slow.
If you leave it for 10-15 mins and try again it often appears to start responding again. It's as though you've hit rush-hour on a Motorway.

Just been trying both the US site and the UK site - both extremely slow.

Thank you, I just keep getting a cannot find server error or another kind of error after I enter my S/N

FWIW, I just tried to both get on the Ulead general site (took a verrrry long time just to get the whole page to appear. Then, trying to get to the Member log-in page, I waited and waited, then got a time-out message and, in all the circumstances, the laughable message to contact the site administrator about it! :lol: :twisted: I did this twice, with similar results, separated by several minutes. The second time, though, I got the message that I couldn't get access because of either high traffic or an internal error. So I'd say, Steve, there has been a major crash on the motorway since I can't believe hundreds of people are trying to log-in at the same time to the Members page!!! :roll:
