Is anyone else having trouble getting ton the website
I am tring to purchase an upgrade and am not able to get onto the website.

FWIW, I just tried to both get on the Ulead general site (took a verrrry long time just to get the whole page to appear. Then, trying to get to the Member log-in page, I waited and waited, then got a time-out message and, in all the circumstances, the laughable message to contact the site administrator about it!
I did this twice, with similar results, separated by several minutes. The second time, though, I got the message that I couldn't get access because of either high traffic or an internal error. So I'd say, Steve, there has been a major crash on the motorway since I can't believe hundreds of people are trying to log-in at the same time to the Members page!!!
