How do I redownlad PS4 after uninstalling it after a crash?

Post by harryh4026 »

I purchased PS4 online after a trial version and actually produced a great slide show with it.

However in the course of this, the program kept on crashing and acting up. For example I couldn't scroll through my slides and when I finally did the program crashed before I could save my work.

So I followed the Instructions for a clean reinstallation for crashing problems, erased the program and the regedit data and went on the web site to redownload.

How do I do this? All I get is s fix or an offer to buy a new one.

Help!!!

I don't know which advice you received and where. We do advice people to make sure they still have the downloaded install program available because it is rather difficult to get a new download link after the initial one, given to you when you purchased the program, expires.

How long ago did you by it and from which vendor? I take it you are in the US and I'm not familiar with the situation there. For the rest of the world, I think, it's elements5 who handle the online transactions for Ulead.

You would have to approach the original vendor for a fresh download link. Please ensure that, in future, you make a back up copy of your downloaded file for safe keeping. It's your responsibility not the vendors.

I wish you luck. If you have any problems with the program after you install it, you are more than welcome to come back here for help. We cannot be of assistance however, with obtaining another download link. We are not Ulead, just a user group trying to help others on a platform provided by Ulead.
