Time lag on audio options menu

Post by jakewoodblues »

Here's a poser. I've been noticing a huuuuuuuuuuuuge time lag when I set up an audio options menu. On the PC, the menu seems to work properly, but when the disc burns, it can take 10 seconds or more for the selection to take.

Any ideas on how this can be allieviated?

I love having commentary tracks, but this is almost making me considering dumping them.

Please offer any suggestions.

Thanks!

No reason for it to take that long.
Possibly deleting the audio selection menu and recreating it may solve the issue.

How long is your DVD, how many different video titles are you including, and how much space is used on the disc (also, are you burning DVD5 or DVD9 discs)?

Using a dvd 5. Only one titlerarely more than 2 gig on the disc.
Perhaps a better way would be to create my own audio menu & not use the template?

If so, can you tell me how to do that. I only know how to use the template.

Thanks again for your help, all!
