Help with image..

Can someone help?

I am trying to add a small animated gif to an image.

I load the main image first and than add the animated one. my probblem is it shows up up in the upper left hand corner. Than when I drag it to where I need it the animating starts in the left corner and than the object moves to the correct spot. I hope that make sense. I am just trying to be able to positing it to the spot I need it on the image.

I am using gif animator.

Also when doing a text banner canI have different name appear one after another?

As soon as you add the animated gif, select the Pick tool

. Make sure the Attribute toolbar has "Move active object(s) only" checked.

Drag the added animation to where you want it.

Use the "Synchronize Objects" button.

Use these settings:

Select source image: leave this at the frame showing.
Objects to sychronize: Active objects only
Apply the following attributes: select only X offset and Y offset.
Apply to: All frames.

That's it!

As for the banner text, you would have to add another banner text object. You can't have one banner text object change it's text.
