I had to reformat my system and now after reinstalling VS 10+, I can't capture in WMV format. Everytime I pick it from the list, it just goes back to the last valid choice (which seems to be MPQ, DV and MP4.
Any ideas??

Did you re-install and update Windows Media Player? The WMV codec should be installed with it.
Were you able to capture to WMV before? ...On-the-fly compression is always tricky.

I upgraded to MediaPlayer 11... but I'll go check about the WMV codec. Perhaps I'll reexamine the whole WMV capture as once I'm capturing I can't use my computer for anything or I will get errors.DVDDoug wrote:Did you re-install and update Windows Media Player?
