A Bizzare thing

Post by Gra »

Hi Guys
I've been working on a project and saved it many times over the last few days. After evebtually outputing an Mpeg version, I went back to the last VSP version later today to make a small adjustment and when I tried to open the project, it kept trying to link with a totally unrelated project (different name, etc) that I'd deleted days before. If I said skip or cancel the link, it would only open eventiually as if it was a combination of the newer and delted project - i.e I had all the transitional links from the live project, but unlinked videos from the previous project that should not exist. (and no, I hadn't used the earlier one as the base for the one I'm trying to reopen - so why is a newproect to open something that dooesn'texist)

When you deleted your earlier project, pointers to all its clips were still in the Video Studio Library. When you restarted VS, it was telling you that it couldn't find them. You can delete the pointers as a group by shift-clicking the icons in the library.
