Hi Lakewud,

I'm the one that provided that information about Photofiltre, and I appologize. I have not used it for doing things like creating DVD covers. I just went through the program and I didn't find any rulers. So I would try to find another program. I have found some by searching google using "create dvd covers", and received numerous hits (well over a million). I could post one such that I found that is freeware, and is specifically for creating DVD covers, however I don't know anything about the program, so I'll leave that up to you to decide..

I know where the ruler is. It's in my desk drawer. I took it out, measured the DVD case, and made my own template using Microsoft Publisher. Took about 5 minutes. 8)
