Burning a second, third and fourth slide show.

Post by lebo »

I have put one slide show on a DVD-RW. I now want to add another and more after that. I have pleanty of space. The on screen instructions make me erase the dislk, which would be the first show, before I burn another show. How do I add more shows with different titles and dates. Thank you

By not finalising the disk when you burn your show. If you finalise the disk, even though it is a RW one, the session is closed and cannot be reopened.

If, however, you leave the disk open after you burned your slide show, you may find that certain players will not recognize this disk or call it faulty.

Because the files are not that big, I would keep a folder on my HDD with every slide show I did and burn a new project with all the slide shows thus far done to the RW disk after it is erased.

Depends on what type of DVD you're creating.
If its like one from the shops - no. Once created you cannot add more.
If its like one that plays in a DVD Recorder (DVD VR) then yes you can add more material. This is because the DVD VR format is different and has a directory structure more like your computers hard drive.
