Everytime I import an AVI file from my Camera:
I attach and play and it only plays the 1st 3 seconds of each file. When I hit shift play it than plays the entire file, but when I burn it, it still continues to only play the 1st 3 seconds. Help?

Camera - Stills or movie? I guess stills.
Camera - Model?
AVI - Which sort? dv, divx, mjpeg another, there are hundreds, I guess not dv.
I guess maybe a compatibility problem with the file type, have you checked if MF works with that file type?
Check the cameras manual for file type or use an app like AVIcodec, linked to here
