How can i do this

I would like to use the heart transition from Movie Maker in Videosuite 8. I right clicked the transition and the only option it gives is to copy it. I pushed copy but i don't know where it copied it to. Can these transitions be sent to Videosuite 8 somehow. Can anyone help?

Only thing I can suggest is:
1) Import two short clips into Movie Maker.
2) Add the transition.
3) RENDER the selection to a complete video file.
4) Import the completed file into VS8.
