Problems Creating 3D round objects...

For some reason I can no longer create a 3D round object in Photoimpact 11. Instead the object is rounded but flat in the center, like this http://www.falsesoul.com/screens/3droundedtest.gif

Anyone know how to restore the path drawing settings so that when I create a 3D round object that it looks like it should?

What settings did you use in the tool settings panel for the 3D effect? By changing the depth you can make your shape flatter or rounder. If I remember correctly you can set a max depth in preferences as well. You will not be able to set it deeper than what your preferences allow for.
