First, welcome to the forum. Please read http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=5758 and http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=8961 before you post questions.

Have you tried the service pack of MSP 8?

Hope this helps.

Sorry, don't understand. As far as I'm aware, psf is a PhotoShop file. Scan DV means to scan a DV tape, e.g., to split it during capture into separate avi files per scene. It would seem that we are talking at cross-purposes. Can you please explain a bit more what you are trying to do?

Yes, I need to know the date of creation of the video I've made.
When you use Scan DV tool you have this date on the scene list.
I have made scan and capture of some tape with v7 of Scan DV, and I've save the scene list (.psf file).
Now I've just tha AVI file and the psf file. I want to know tha date so I reopen the scene list but in v8 it hang.

Ah, sorry, I forgot the psf extension was used for the scan record file in v 7. In v 8, it is sca, so it is clear that it is not compatible. I don't know what any other changes were, if any. It may be worthwhile trying to make a copy of the psf file and changing the extension to sca and seeing whether that works. If not, the only other solution is to re-install v. 7.

I hope there is a fix as all my tape scans were done with 7 but don't open in 8.
