Are the missing audio tracks on different layers and/or are they overlapping other audio tracks?

Are the missing audio sequences a part of the video or are they inserted audio such as background sounds/music.

What is the format of the 'lost audio'

First and foremost - thank you for your effort to help me. And here are answers to your questions
1. Missing audiotracks are on the same layer.
2. They aren't overlapping other audio tracks.
3. The missing audio sequences is a part of the video.
4. And the format of the lost audio:
48000Hz, 2 stereo, 16 bit, uncompressed, 1536 kbps.
I tried to find exact place's - frame, where the " audio disappearing" begining, than i cut this one. It worked. But the problem repeated in another place.

Tried the service pack for MSP 8?

Which DV cam do you use? You might need to recapture the DV sequence after you apply the service pack.

Hope this helps.

Did you capture your DV as "type 1" or "type2?"

When you render, are you matching your output settings to your source media in this respect?
