Nice Freeware Script writing and colaborative software

Post by MrA »

Just found this, it's called Celtx, and it's GNU open source freeware. You can use it to colaborate on video projects, write scripts, share scripts, etc. Very nice, alows imbeding of media into the script as well. http://www.celtx.com

This has nothing to do with Video Studio that's why I moved it here. I'm not even sure whether or not it should be allowed at all since it has nothing to do with Ulead either.

I'll leave that decission to the forum moderator.

I'm sorry, I thought it would be a great pointer in the direction of video editing. You are correct, it has nothing to do with Ulead, but since it is a Ulead _User to User_ forum, I thought I would pass along the info, to other _Ulead Video editing users_. Ulead Video editing _users_ could use this info, to use the product with much more flexabilty and enjoy Ulead's Video Editing expirence. But, understandably, you choose to surpress this information, so, no problem.. I understand..

Just a question, too, why ummm, is not a problem, to ask about the _best vid cam with a hard drive?_ current post exceeds 32 posts, wow, Ulead makes cam corders? Umm, Heinz, you trying to black list me? Dude, you ain't even pissing me off yet.

I don't know what set you off guy, but, get a life, if you represent Ulead, they better resovle the issue right now. I will be contacting Ulead directly and making sure this isuse is resovled.

What is your problem? I merely pointed out that your post was misplaced in the VS section. That's why I shifted it to the general video section.

Discussing different cameras has very well to do with what we are all about, namely video editing with Ulead products. If you don't have a camera, what do you edit? That does not give everyone the right to discuss other software here though.

I don't know what caused you to react the way you did, maybe you read something into my post that wasn't there, at least not intentional?

When exactly did I supress information? I merely shifted it to a more apropriate venue.

If you don't have nothing to hide, why react so defensive? You'd be well advised to get a life yourself dude.

It was probably just posted in the wrong forum.
I think it does on face value appear to have benefits to video producers as at a glance it seems to assist users to plan a storyline even before you go out on location to shoot your video(s).

By posting to the VideoStudio you were robbing MediaStudio Users the chance to see the link. In fact I will copy your link into our FREE stuff section.

Mr Amigo,

Heinz-oz was correct in moving your post to this forum. The VS forum is used for questions regarding Ulead programs. The rules of the Web board clearly state that. However your post can certainly be posted in any of the General Discussion forums. It is software that can certainly enhance ones use of Ulead's video editing programs.

When a moderator moves a post it is just to try to keep the respective forums in order, so that users do not need to wade through numerous posts that do not fit the format, just to find answers to their problems.

The rules for the Web Board can be read here:
