Yestreday I tried video studio for the first time, the result is that after 4-5 minutes of capturing the programm crashes.
I think it's connected with growth of virtual memory till 600 Mb, after that limit the memory begins clearing till 400 Mb, and on the screen I have the window with decreasing number of frames in buffer.
After that number is 0 the camcoder gets command to rewers in a slow mode.
So what can I do ?
Sorry for my English, it's not my native languge.

It sounds as though you are capturing direct to mpeg-2 format, which can be a demanding task if your computer does not have enough resources or your capture device does not have a hardware chip built into it which does all the hard work.
Depending on what you are capturing from, if it is a mini-DV digital video camera, you should be capturing to DV/AVI format using the camera's firewire connection. That is simply transferring in the same format as on the mini DV tape in your camera, and is not demanding. It is also probably higher quality than mpeg-2 capture... and the question of the transcode buffer filling up does not even arise.
