I am using WinXP sp2. I have been using the trial version for about 12 days with no problem. Installation was a breeze. I puchased the download version of the software and have been unable to install it. Once the installation seems to be done, I get the following error message:
ddl call crashed kernel32 create process error 0X80040707
I have tried all of the fixes I can find both on Ulead's site and on the internet. Nothing works. I cannot access customer service since I am not a registered user. I cannot register since I have not installed the software.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved
I did a system restore to a date prior to installing the demo version of Cool 3D. Once I did that, the downloaded version installed without a problem.
