VS9 - Converting from .mov to .wmv for website.

My didginal camera will record 30 seconds of video in apple quicktime .mov file. I want to post to my website as both a .mov and a .wmv file so that both windows and apple users can see the video without additional downloads. In VS9 editor I can select the .mov file and play, but when I try to save the video to .wmv via the "Share" option the video only has the opening frame and the the sould is distorted, and extreamly slow, but it becomes the correct length.. ie about 22 seconds.

I did a search, and I did not find any info that seemed relavent. Can you let me know if you have used the VS9 editor to convert from mov to wmv and if it was succesfull?
