How to make border/frame around image or video?

Does MSP8 have capabilities of making a border or frame around an
image or video? I know VS10 has function where you can control
color and thickness of border around image/video. Can this be
done with MSP8? I don't want a mask border.

Yes this is done in the Moving Paths, click on the Options button. You can add a border, and set how thick you would like it. Just like in VS.
