Top of heads chopped off

Post by Rick F »

Hi all , I have no problem using PS4 , everything works fine, however I notice that in many of the slide pictures the a portion of the top of the heads is "chopped off" Yet when working on the picture s in Uleads Explorer or Photo Impact the picture hAS PLENTY OF SPACE ABOVE THE SUBJECT. Its probably some resolution setting I need to change in PS4 in order to hget the full view in the slide show. ? Any suggestions Thanks Rick

Are you allowing room for the TV 'Safe Area' - when viewed on a computer monitor you get the full picture but on a TV set you lose the top, bottom and both sides due to the way TV sets work.

Press the F6 key in DVDPS then you should see a Preference dialog to appear, search for TV Safe Area option and then modify its value. Usually I use 15% for that.

Hope this helps.
