I have not tried to use this program for a year and now this is happening.
Trying to Create a new project - Steps = Create Video, NEW project, Output Disc Format, DVD, Click OK .When the Add/Edit Media screen
appears, I click on the DVD icon and I get a pop up box that states - Ulead DVD MovieFactory. There is a Caution symbol with an
exclaimation point some jibberish beside it that looks like |yU|i|E|i then a series of numbers in brackets [34235028:1242804:656696] and the
"OK" button. When I click the OK button, the program shuts down and creates and error file to send to Microsoft.
Has anyone experienced this before?

What happens when you choose to load a clip on a local disk instead of trying to import a DVD?
The standard answer is to reinstall the software, or disable other DVD-related services that have been installed since it worked.
If you reinstall, don't forget all the updates.
The Ulead error messages are often cryptic and only understood by Ulead development. In your case probably Chinese. The numbers are not documented. So don't bother to try installing a language pack... after all that work you might find out that it simply says "Error!"
