i have looked around here for an answer to this..so sorry in advance
when adding text i get one frame that freezes, is there anyway of doing it so it don't, the only thing i can think of is deleting that frame??
any help would be very helpful thanks

Freezes? 
Without having the animation in .uga format to look at, I've no idea. Not enough info to go on there.
Image size in pixels, number of frames, frame removal method, global information... things like that are good to know.
You also don't mention if you are using regular text or banner text. Banner text has the key frame delay setting that is longer than the rest.
