I have suddenly encountered three problems with PI 11.
1. All plug in filters have stopped working. Whenever I try to use any filter other than those that came with PI, I get the following message:
"Failed to Load the Specified Plugin"
I tried removing and reinstalling all of them to the folder that was made on this computer for filters, but they still do not work.
I have PI pointed to the correct folder that contains the plugins. And I have the correct .dll files to make them work.
2. When working on an image, some of the popups don't work. For example, I clicked on "Adjust", then on "Color Adjuster", and you can see the window pop up for a microsecond, but then it disappears.
When working on a path object, if I hit the button at the top that is supposed to show or hide tool setting, nothing can be seen.
3. I sucessfully created some new presets and added them to my EP. However, when I go to export this new group, the smp file is is in the file I created to hold this new group, but not the thumbnails, even though I checked the box "All thumbnails of the current group".
I am not really used to PI11, so I am wondering what I may have done to cause all this. Thanks in advance for your help.

It seems your PI install is corrupted. Maybe you need to reinstall it again....
Select Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, then select Ulead PhotoImpact->Modify/Remove, you will see the maintainence program of PI to appear. Select Repair and let the maintainence program do its job.
If this does not work, you need to do a remove / install process of PI.
Hope this helps.
