Enable/Disable 5.1 Surround sound VUS 10.0

Hello , I have UVS 10.0 (not trial version but purchaed version). I read in the manual 5.1 surround sound can be ENABLED/DISABLED via the Toolbar.
On my Toolbar the icon for ENABLE/DISABLE 5.1 Surround sound doesnot show up. I tried a new project or existing but see no icon for this. Is there something I need to set for this icon to show up? Somewhere in prefrence or project properties? I tried all of this ..

It seems that you have VS10, not VS10 Plus. Dolby 5.1 is only available with the Plus version.

If you can not see the icon highlighted by the red box, then you must have a corrupt install. There is nothing in preferences to enable the icon. Try doing a full, clean un-install/re-install.
