what a job trawling the internet clicking on icons looking for the one perfect 10sec sound fx that will complete your project!!
Ok, so its not directly a Ulead problem but...on the recommandation of this site looked on Sounddogs ( under the impression it was free! )...seems like a decent selection..but cant seem to save and place in VS9? Any help there?
And, anyone knows of a good site for spacey fx..something other than farmyard noises and compressor drills!
Any help?

Have you tried using smartsound?
Have you looked here:
Links to FREE stuff for use with Ulead products
If anyone finds any more useful links then please let me know so that I can add it to our list.

Just treat them as any other audio clip (or indeed a video clip except they will only go in the audio library) - import them to the audio library and then simply drag and drop from the library down into one of the sound tracks (music or narration) slide them along until they are in the correct place.
