MF 4 SE - Audio Sync Problem

First off, I am a bit of a newbie so I apologize for my ignorance.

When i burn my project (to disk or to file), the audio is not even close to syncing with the video. All the video files i am using are fine so i know it happening when MF is burning. I just don't know where to begin to fix the problem. Any ideas for setting options would be much apreciated.
