Streaming video with timed / synchronised slides

I want to publish a 'micro-site' that has a small video window on the left hand navigation bar with 'presentation slides' - you know the sort of thing - a video of a presenter with the slides on the main body of the page.

I was told there was a add-on or template for Media Studio that would do this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
