Purchased Cool3D and installed, now EasyPalette Empty!!

Can anyone help? I used the trial Ulead 3d studio for 30 days and liked it. Now I uninstalled it, bought the full version, then installed the new version today. Now I don't have any effects in the EasyPalette. It's got all the categories, but nothing shows up on the right! Particle effects, scene backgrounds, all empty! What's up with that??

When I click the button to import on the easypalette window, it is looking for .uez or .upf files. When I search my Hard drive for uez or upf files, I get nothing. Are these files installed in some directory on everyone elses pc?

Lastly, I uninstalled Ulead by re-running the setup program, and then I re-installed. Still no easypalette. Do you think I could just copy someone elses easypalette files??

Thanks for any help. I don't know what happened.

I'm using WinXP Pro, SP2, 2Gb Ram, Core2Duo. New laptop, less than 6 months old.

If you bought the download version you need to download the additional components from here:

http://www.ulead.com/c3ds/esd.htm

This is probably it. I had no idea these were required! I'll try downloading them and I'm sure it will bring back what I remember.
