Can't get my pictures out of my camera..help

I've installed Photo Express 5.0 seand everytime i try to get pictures from my camera it says that the driver is not installed, but i installed it twice and i don't want to do it again.. What should i do.......

Should i plug my camera in the front of the computer or the back??? I have USB's everywhere.......please help me.........

It shouldn't matter whether you plug it into a USB port in the back or front of your PC, unless, of course, one of the ports is dead.

I rather presume your camera driver not being installed properly. Have you installed the software that came with your camera? If yes, why don't you use that to import your images into your PC? It doesn't matter which program you use to import your images, once they are on your HDD any program which understands the format can work with them.

When you connect the camera with its USB lead does it show up in windows Explorer as a new drive letter?
