Component Designer

Permit users of PI to create and/or modify components and save them to the the template library in Component Designer for future use or modification. This would be a great time saver particularily for the "lower-third" applications.

Are you making a point? That's exactly what it is supposed to do and does.

First, sorry I was trying to place this on the "feature request thread" for PI improvements.

Second, I can see no way to save my new or modified component and have it appear in the "template list" contained in the "Component Designer". If it is possible I'd appreciate someone pointing me the way. I realize I can save it in the "Easy Palette" library and retrieve it to place it in a project. I am most interested in creating some "Lower-Third" templates.

Oh well it was just a suggestion anyway.
