Where documentation of VS10+ extra content & bonus featu

Post by blitzkow »

Last night I downloaded 600MB of "extra content" and "bonus features" that came with VS10+ and have no clue what all this HDD fodder has added (or not) to the functionality of VS10.

Where is documentation?? I read the string on this subject but still need a definitive way to insure that I have actually installed the "dozen+" menus that some have said come with the extra content.

What series of tab selections, button clicks, etc, can I do to verify that:

1) I'm in the right place to view all available menu templates
2) That I have all the templates that come with "the extra content".

Thanks

Can anyone please provide a link to download the VS10 "extra content" and "bonus features" other than the Ulead site. I am new to this forum.

Thx

No we can't, that must come from Ulead. If you purchased the ESD (download version) then the links will be in the email you received from Element 5, who handles the transactions for Ulead. Until Ulead manages to post those on their website, they can be obtained through the emails. Those links are set to expire, generally within a week or 2.

Being a newbie I'm still not sure how to use the features of this board so bear with me. Since my last post I found your very thorough treatment of how to bring files from VS9 to VS10. And thank you so much for your succinct, thorough tutorials. They have helped me tremendously. If you aren't on Ulead's payroll you should be. :D :D

"extra content" and "bonus"

Post by woodchuck »

After purchasing and downloading VS10 I attempted to download the extra content and bonus files. It took several hours to download them from the site provided even though I have sattelite broadband.

When I attempted to install the content, I got a "file corrupted" error. The bonus pack could not be unzipped.

I contacted support and they provided another link to these files. It took 5 hours to download the "content" file but it did install correctly. I have not been able to download the bonus files even on a T1 line.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what is the solution?

Holy cow, I withdraw my question !

After reading the last post from the poor soul who spent hours downloading 600MB of "mystery content" I humbly withdraw my question! It's actually rather laughable that people (including myself) will grab this stuff because it's free without having the foggiest idea what it includes.

Oh well.....
