UVS9 Video Problem

need urgently help!!
i'm using UVS9,my problem is when i want to drag sample video in timeline is ok but when i want to play it just give me warn about " a combination could found in connection"what happen?before this dun have any problem...

please help me..i wanna do some project urgently...

Is this a new installation and the message has always been there or is it something that suddenly appeared that wasn't there before?

Perhaps you need to do a repair installation or if that fails Re-install

acctually i'm already uninstall and install again,but my problem still there..don't know how to settle it.fyi,i delete all folder with the name ulead and this installation is fresh but my problem still there.i'm try at 2 pc which is there have the same problem.is that pc faulty or my software?but this morning i try in new pc at my office there are no problem.so confius..help please...
