I am VERY dissapointed with this product: 1. It is not very user friendly. 2. I tried multiply times to download the trial, and each time it failed. I downloaded a trial of ProShow Gold without a problem and wanted to compare the two before purchase, so I decided to order a copy of PS4, which was a HUGE mistake. 3. I have 90 GB of free space and 768 MB of Ram on XP, so I should not have a problem with running any good software, and I installed it with my anti-virus software off. 4. The themes are a joke, you should have the ability to move/resize the picture that is in them, and when I add a theme, and burn to DVD, the theme is all that plays, over and over and over and never proceeds to the slideshow. 5. The transitions are also a joke, who wants all the same type of transitions, even the FREE MS PhotoStory has the abitilty to use multiple transitions styles (Pan & Zoom/Motion Filter, so does Nero Photo Express, both of which I'm pleased with, but neither have DVD burning capabilities. 6. The preview is not what I would expect, I expect a preview to be exactly that.....from start to finish, but when I touch preview, I only get the slideshow.

I actually burned a DVD-RW, but only it only plays 3 slides, then goes back to the beginning. The slideshow has 23 slides in it, What am I doing wrong?
Also is there a way to reposition a slide, one has part of the head cut off?

Never mind the features, how about a program that works?
I have been using DVD PS 1 for quite a while and it is a good program. I decided it was time to upgrade. What a mistake!
PS 4 refuses to work on my computer, every time I use it it crashes with the "memory at X location could not be read" error. My father also bought PS 4 and he has had a slew of problems also.
Now, moderator, it seems from this and other forums that a lot of other people have this same problem, are they going to do anything about it?
I have sent several messages to the Support email, with no response.
So let's worry less about the feature set and more about getting it operating.
