The following is an extract from the recommended procedure
Adjust these settings if you are in a PAL Region.

Firstly go the the VideoStudio [Share] Tab.

Setup for Creating an NTSC DVD-Compliant Video File:

After creating you DVD compliant MPEG2 file by using the methods shown above, please then view Authoring a DVD
