After installing a Mustek 1200 scanner and "Photo Express 3.0", and then running an OCR "Optical Character Read" scan, the message "Failed to load Wordpad!" comes up.
What does this mean and what's the solution?

The OCR program is not a component of Ulead PhotoExpress. You need to contact Mustek to solve the problem.
