can you use AVI and mpeg files stored in VS7 in VS8 if you upgrade?
been thinking about upgrading to help with a few audio problems ive been having with skipped audio segment.

The Avi and Mpeg files are stored on your hard drive and can be used in vs 7 as well as Vs 8.
The project file *.VSP from studio 7 can be opened in Video 8, but studio 8 projects cannot be opened in VS 7.
If your reason for upgrade is due to audio problems then read the many forum posting regarding OOS (out of Sync') in VS 8
