Hi,
I had this DVD easy Pack with DVD Worshop 1.2 SE for 3 years now but never open it!
I have just try to install the card on a PCI port and install DVD Worshop SE without success.
Windows XP does not recognize this port IEEE 1394. I have try to add this hardware manually but XP do not find any pilot to handle this.
I have read that from XP support Package 2 it may happens that there is this kind of problem but for the moment I did not find any solution.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Best regards,
Benito

1. Does XP find the device in the device manager? If not, then it's a problem of XP and you should check if there is any updates for XP to handle the issue (or send a tech support request to Microsoft).
2. If XP does find the device, what device control protocol do you use in DVDWS? MS-1394 or TI-1394? I would suggest to use MS-1394 in DVDWS for best compatibility.
