Rendering Problem: straight lines go kinky!

Post by maxfrost01 »

I'm working with Hig Def Video, mpeg2 files. I've done all the editing and want to save the work as a video file. So I go to Share, select 'Same as Project settings' and Save. Everything appears to work fine.

But then when I play back the video (Windows Media Player or Real Player) everything works fine except my straight lines are kinky! Best example would be a flagpole that looked straight in the project file but is now wavy!

Any ideas?

I don't have High Definition but if this occured with a standard definition video it would normally be due to a wrong field order
Upper Field First insted of Lower Field First or vice versa.
