I'm only familiar with PictureShow 4 but regardless of version I often recommend a clean install to correct unusual problems. Assuming you're able to burn DVD content in other programs, I'm thinking there might be some file or registry corruption within PS4 or your system. Issues of this type are difficult to diagnose in a user forum.
