I have a project right now with VS9 and am thinking to upgrade to VS10+.
Install VS 10.
Copy vs9 library folders to over-write vs10's default folder.
The VS_Video.dat files are hidden within your operating system, to show them:-
Open any folder on your hard drive, select ¡¥tools-folder options-view.
Tick the box marked ¡¥show hidden files and folders¡¦
Now you should be able locate the files:-
C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio\9.0
